We form long term relationships with our dealers. As we build a custom made product, we prefer not to work through distributors. For a product that is mass- produced and needs to be held in inventory, a distributor model works well. With respect to Salvinelli shotguns, we believe that we can deliver more value to the client if we eliminate links in the value chain that do not contribute to the overall product. We work with dealers who we believe are best placed to market our guns, as, we want our clients to be confident that he or she gets the best service possible, including the best after sales service.

Our commitment to our clients does not end after the sale of a gun, but rather we view the delivery of a gun as one of the many opportunities to strengthen a client relationship extending far into the future.
